Who is covered?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase of a Moto360-branded product and/or accessory from for any reason within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the product. This return right does not apply to the purchase or renewal of any Paid Services. Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (such as state, customs, or VAT) are not refundable.

To qualify for a refund, you must meet all the following conditions:

    • The product has been ordered from the website;
    • you have the original proof of purchase (receipt), which includes the date and place of the Product;
    • a return request authorization was made within 30 days of your delivery date;
    • the product is accompanied by all original packaging, manuals, accessories, free items, and other components or parts that accompanied the product when it was delivered; and
    • the product is in original, undamaged and unaltered condition.

Subject to applicable laws, return requests made after the thirty (30) days return period will not be accepted. Should the product be returned and not meet the requirements mentioned above, the refund will be denied, and the product will be returned to the customer at their expense or recycled.

How do I apply for a return for a refund?

To apply for a return for refund or to request further information, please get in touch with our Customer Support Team via chat or by submitting a request; once you ensure that you meet all the following requirements:

    • The product has been ordered from the website;
    • you have the original proof of purchase (receipt), which includes the date and place of the Product;
    • the product(s) must then be packaged as described in the "Return Policy" section above;
    • you will return the product at your own expense using a tracked service, and it will be delivered to one of the designated centres or warehouses.

Once a returned product reaches an eBuyNow warehouse, the company reserves the right to cross-examine the item and determine if it is eligible for a refund. eBuyNow does not accept liability for items that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Refund Policy

eBuyNow eCommerce Ltd. shall offer a refund only for products that meet the conditions stated in the "Return Policy" session. The reimbursement shall be made through the original payment method (including gift cards) within 14 days of us receiving the return. Once the refund is issued, it can take up to 10 working days to be reflected on your account.

For example, if you paid with a credit card, it will be refunded to that card. Or, if you paid with PayPal, the payment will be made to that wallet up to 10 working days after we issued the refund.
